My Blue Eyes

MY BLUE EYES is an exhibition about the presentation of my thoughts in a thousand blue strokes and dots. I fell in love with the color blue after I started using different colored pens in my creative process.
There is something about blue that makes you want to look and get drawn into the subject. To me blue simply stands for clarity. My works of art are the reflections of what I generally see in my society, the revelation of myself through bodies both familiar and unfamiliar, hoping the audience can find emotional connection and awakening through the message carried in each piece.
My Blue Eyes is an exhibition symbolizing social misunderstandings and preconceptions of beauty, masculinity and individual responses to daily struggle as I pay tribute to the community which contributes hugely to my personal art journey.
